About.Matt Dusanic is a San Francisco-based program, project, and data analytics consulting executive who has run over 90 projects, in the US, and around the world. He is a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner with 13 years of expedience working in the "agile" world.
Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of using and developing Project and Data Analytics methodologies from Method/1 to Agile/SAFe. Over time he has concluded that it’s not the method, training, or certification that’s the problem (or the solution). Rather, it’s that there’s too much – too many methodologies, too many certifications, and too many tools – AND not enough "empiricism". This is the idea that knowledge comes from expertise AND making decisions based on real data and pragmatic experience. This is also the basis of Scrum/Lean/Kanban. |
